Wise use of Air Con

Air-conditioners consume lots of energy and it accounts for about 60% of the total energy consumption in Hong Kong during July and August, or about 30-40% for the whole year.  Nevertheless, there are many places in Hong Kong where the indoor temperatures are as low as 18-22 ^oC while the outdoor temperature is over 30 ^oC.  Both our health and environment are adversely affected with such sigificant temperature difference of over 10 ^oC.
