No Air Con Night 2023: Parent-child Nature Fun Day at Tai Po Kau
No Air Con Night is Green Sense annual energy saving event. We aim to bring out the importance in reducing greenhouse gases and saving energy by turning off the air conditioning while the outdoor temperature is below 27 degree Celsius.
All citizens should rethink how their habits rapidly affecting our natural environment. In order to ease the global warming, wisely use of air conditioning should be promoted and action should be taken immediately.
“Parent-child Nature Fun Day at Tai Po Kau” is one of the environmental education activities in the No Air Con Night 2023. By using the five senses and emotional experiences, tutor from Gaia Education Limited will lead the participants to relish the Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve. The love of nature will be nourished between children and parents. In the air-con-free environment, the power of life by the breath in the woods, the touch of trees and the water flow can be experienced.
